inadequate fridgeshower drainage
I was really looking forward to my stay, but i was quite disappointed. the mini fridge in the room barely cooled, so i couldn't store anything properly. also, the shower didn't drain well and water started to flood the bathroom floor quickly. I found this quite frustrating.

the staff were very attentive . i especially appreciated cintya helping me check in and understanding my travel situation (she really were really nice!). frizy also took great care of my needs and answered all my questions about local activities and the souvenir shop.
the mini fridge in my room did not cool properly. i was unable to store drinks or snacks in it. the shower also had drainage issues, resulting in water overflowing into the toilet area. the water had a bad smell and it was quite unpleasant.

the breakfast selection was acceptable, with a good variety of options.
The size of the bedrooms was disappointing. They are a lot smaller than they appear in photos. the bathroom also had cleanliness issues. It was dirty. i expected better attention to detail considering the hotel's supposed standards.

the gym was well-equipped with dumbbells up to 30kg benches adjustable cables and cardio machines the breakfast buffet offered a huge range of continental cuisine options i also appreciated the friendly staff who were helpful with activity suggestions and assistance

Really good Staff and Service

The staff was helpful in preparing meals for my picky toddler. The hotel staff upgraded my room. Cintya at the front desk sorted out everything I needed, including late checkouts. The spa was fantastic and the massage facility was very nice.
The hotel is not beachfront and the ocean view is far away.

Multiple pools are available and the kids club is excellent. Staff engage and teach children. The gym provides boxing, yoga, and stretching opportunities. Rooms are spacious , super comfortable , and well-equipped.

The hotel is a 10-20 minute taxi ride from beaches and shops. It is easy and cheap to get a taxi. The accommodation is in a quiet area , so sleeping is peaceful.

The staff were very good in providing really good service. They are always happy to help. They were top professionals catering to our every need. They gave recommendations for activities in the area.

Food was delicious , especially the buffet with so much variety. The breakfast buffet offers a nourishing selection of juices. The hotel restaurants provide jamu. You can eat something different each day.

I really appreciated the helpful staff who assisted with tours and transportation. The breakfast included a wide variety of options with both Western and Indonesian dishes. I found the large pools provided ample space for swimming and relaxation.
I noticed some smoking in common areas such as the lobby, which affected my overall experience.
